CONSUMER DISPUTES
In India, Consumer Protection Act was enacted to provide for the protection of the interest of consumers. In fact, the law meets long felt necessity of protecting the common man from such wrongs for which the remedy under ordinary law for various reasons has became illusory.
The importance of the Act lies in promoting welfare of the society by enabling the consumer to participate directly in the market economy. It attempts to remove the helplessness of a consumer which he faces against powerful business.
We have vast experience in handling litigation - both original and appellate - relating to consumer disputes at all levels, including State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and the Supreme Court of India.
Our partners and associates have been representing both sides i.e. 'consumers' as well as 'service providers/product suppliers' with a successful track record spanning over fifteen years.
To our clients, we offer legal opinion, consultation, advice and full-fledged representation in litigation for all types of consumer disputes.
